Shipping & Production
Shipping fees are free for all orders over 50 € of purchase. Only valid for France, Monaco and Luxembourg.
We deliver everywhere in the world by post, except countries at war.
Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. Except for products that are out of stock or for products with a longer lead time.
Our products are manufactured and prepared by hand in our workshops (some products can be subcontracted). For an urgent order (event, birthday, etc), please contact us to know our availabilities.
Manufacturing delays :
- Cut out sticker (lettering): 1 to 3 working days
- Printed adhesive (small format printing): 5 to 10 working days
- Large size printed sticker (car roof, fridge, door deco): 5 to 10 working days
- Vinyl film sold by the meter, rim edging and installation accessories: 3 to 15 working days
- Textile (t-shirt, sweatshirt, cap): 3 to 15 working days
The standard shipping method is by mail, delivered without signature. If you wish a delivery with signature or chronopost, an additional cost applies, thank you to contact us.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.
We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
Returns and Exchanges
Custom products are not exchanged or refunded except in the event of product defect.
